I started with this.
Took this tutorial by Serrator
And came out with this!
Now you have to use photoshop for this particular one, but I have seen other tutorials for different programs. Remember you can get a free trial version of photoshop at Adobe.com so you can try it. It is VERY easy, and he gives great step by step instructions with illustrations so take a look it's fun!

I got photoshop elements for Christmas and am really trying to learn how to use it. I'm such a dang beginner... I'm one of those who needs a tutorial just to plus in my computer! ;-) But you have me inspired!
